‘What’s beneath the surface: Tiny creek life shows impact of pollution in Chattanooga’
In this news segment, Mary Gillis reports on the Save Our Streams monitoring efforts of volunteers in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Learn how the trained volunteers are using chemical monitoring methods and collecting and identifying macroinvertebrates to tell a story about their local water quality.


Your kit will include a bottle containing 25 nitrate test strips which you can use to test your water source(s) throughout the year. You’ll also receive postcards explaining how to use your nitrate test strips and how to share your Nitrate Watch results on the Clean Water Hub.
