For every conservation challenge we face today, there are easy ways to get involved and work toward a solution. The Izaak Walton League provides tools and programs that can help you get started.
There are easy ways to advocate for stronger conservation policies at the local or national level. You can also help us gather data about water quality through one of our volunteer science programs, like Salt Watch and Nitrate Watch. Your kit will include a bottle containing 25 nitrate test strips which you can use to test your water source(s) throughout the year. You’ll also receive postcards explaining how to use your nitrate test strips and how to share your Nitrate Watch results on the Clean Water Hub.
