Our small but important chapter has planted 1,870 trees in city parks around Fairfield, Ohio, with the help of many 4th grade students. Our adopt-a-tree program, held twice yearly, has been placing trees around city parks since 1994. In addition, thousands of elementary students have learned the importance of conservation in their own back yards. Our chapter members also enjoy the use of our chapter grounds for hiking, picnicking, shooting sports, and (in season) hunting.
Your kit will include a bottle containing 25 nitrate test strips which you can use to test your water source(s) throughout the year. You’ll also receive postcards explaining how to use your nitrate test strips and how to share your Nitrate Watch results on the Clean Water Hub.
