St. Joseph County

The Izaak Walton League’s St. Joseph County Chapter was chartered on January 1924. On our chapter-owned grounds we host our monthly Environmental Dinner/Program Meeting on the third Wednesday of each month. Our membership grounds are comprised of a mostly forested tract on 120 acres located along the banks of the St. “Joe” River and Juday Creek. Our members enjoy fishing on our three ponds and archery on both field and roving ranges (with a National Field Archery Association five-star rating). We promote ethical conservation and are a community watchdog monitoring area in order to protect our outdoors.
