The Izaak Walton, Watertown Chapter was organized in 1924 by locally interested conservationists. Over the past 95 years, the chapter has had a keen interest in maintaining and protecting clean water, air, soil, woods, and land. Current and future organizational goals are to engage, educate, grow and restore youth and family involvement in nature, community awareness of the chapter, support chapter conservation goals, and offer numerous benefits to youths and families, including educational scholarships to eligible participants.
